As the world changes with extreme rapidity, it has become impossible for the ancient bureaucrat-lead methods of policy formation to meet the needs of the times. Therefore the legislative branch, not just the executive branch, will be required to demonstrate a high-level policy-forming capability.As a think tank that puts ideas into practice, AFJ aims to propose new policies that would not emerge from existing bureaucratic structures, through a strong network that includes governments, political assemblies and our think tank partners.
