"What is currently happening in that particular country?" This is the most notable feature of AFJ's activities. Throughout policy research and policy proposal on diplomacy and national security, AFJ places great importance on domestic politics. We apply this approach not only to Japan but also to the other Asia-Pacific nations that are the principal objects of our research such as the United States and China.Therefore, we have built a wide-ranging network of domestic political contacts both in Japan and overseas.
